    Radiant Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Engineer. This individual will be supporting multiple programs working on the development of both high-fidelity, physics based scheduling software for space systems, as well as big data applications.


    Note: US citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, and a polygraph are mandatory for this position and required for consideration.


    Principle Responsibilities:

    • Review, analyze, and track software requirements and use cases
    • Evaluate, recommend, and implement test plans and procedures
    • Elicit and manage the gathering, analyzing, and verifying of customer requirements and communicate with software development team.
    • Design, develop, and maintain test scripts to automate testing process
    • Perform ad hoc, regression, system, and integration testing to ensure that new software enhancements function according to specification and customer requirements
    • Participate in project meetings and report on the status of test activities and results
    • Contribute to task definition and schedule
    • Contribute to system design and documentation
    • Understand and help to implement test approaches supporting continuous integration/continuous delivery development activities
    • Perform other duties as assigned



    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
    • Ability to independently devise test approaches and strategies for different program types
    • Ability to engage and lead individuals from diverse disciplines
    • AA/AS degree plus 5 to 7 years of demonstrated test experience; or an BS degree plus 3 to 5 years of experience; or demonstrates knowledge or requirements of the position
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Passion for quality software and customer/user advocacy
    • Capable of managing to schedule and/or budget
    • TS/SCI with polygraph

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience architecting and establishing new test programs
    • Experience working in an Agile software development environment
    • Experience with the Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
    • ISR mission planning and/or big data software domain experience
