    Radiant Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in our Gaithersburg location. The Human Resources Business Partner Business Partner supports all HR functions for our Data to Insight line of business. This position performs duties at a professional level in all of the following: HR policies and procedures, employee relations, training, wage & salary administration, benefit administration, and new hire orientation.


    To be qualified, you must be a US Citizen and must have the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.



    • Administers various Human Resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
    • Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.
    • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed.
    • Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.
    • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
    • Participates in the conduct or investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
    • Advises managers and supervisors about performance management of the company. Counsels managers on employment issues.
    • Provides day-to-day benefits administration services.
    • Develops and schedules benefits orientations and other benefits training, completes yearly compliance reporting.
    • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
    • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
    • Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company's advantage


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Knowledge of human resources theories, functions and practices as typically acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.  
    • 4+ years’ experience in human resources positions
    • Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
    • Familiarity with benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
    • Excellent coaching skills.
    • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism with all levels of employees, management, vendors and customers.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.


    Desired Qualifications

    • Government contracting experience
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
