  • Responsibilities

    Radiant Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in our Herndon, VA location. The Human Resources Business Partner aligns to and partners with a Radiant Solutions Line of Business to execute the talent strategy in alignment and support of the business goals.  The HRBP is part of a larger, creative and dynamic team.  There will be periodic travel to our local sites in additional to minimal overall domestic travel which will equate to less than 10%.

     

    To be qualified, you must be a US Citizen and must have the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Partners with leadership, builds strong relationships and provides advice and coaching to senior level leaders as they make business decisions and manage the effectiveness of their organization.
    • Integrates and delivers all HR programs for the line of business, to include: workforce planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, OD and overall employee engagement in alignment with the overall business strategy.
    • Collaborates with leadership and COEs to identify and deliver solutions to support business leaders on critical decisions related to talent, engagement, compensation, employee relations, etc.
    • Partners with leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes. Consults, coaches, and advises leaders to make informed people-related decisions that minimize risk, drive workforce effectiveness, and lead to improved business performance.
    • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. To include participating in or conducting investigations when concerns are brought forth or trends indicate a potential problem.
    • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Knowledge of human resources theories, functions and practices as typically acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.  
    • 7 plus years of progressive experience in human resources positions.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
    • Experience with three or more of the following areas: compensation (merit/bonus), succession planning, talent development, communications, engagement action planning, performance management, and/or coaching.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism with all levels of employees, management, vendors and customers.

     

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience in a Government contracting environment
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
    • Experience with Workday HRIS
