Radiant Solutions is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work in our Colorado office.
In this position, you will ensure that the Ground Processing Programs (GPP) business unit of Radiant Solutions achieves operational and financial objectives by:

Leading and Implementing Change:
As a senior member of the GPP management team you will be responsible for supporting the Director in the development of department budgets, staffing plans and other strategic planning activities. You will support the Director in preparation and presentation of financial and technical status on the projects under execution. As the business unit grows, your responsibilities may grow to include managing a team of more junior program or project managers.
In this position, you will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complex tasks. Creativity and latitude are encouraged!
