    Radiant Solutions is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work in our Colorado office.

    In this position, you will ensure that the Ground Processing Programs (GPP) business unit of Radiant Solutions achieves operational and financial objectives by:

     Managing programs:

    • Establishing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budget and managing execution of those plans to ensure compliance to budget, schedule and requirements.
    • Delivering quality products and services while continually assessing and managing risk.
    • Managing customer communications and expectations, with the goal of delighting our customers and ensuring Radiant Solutions is a preferred partner in their success.

    Managing the Product Line:

    • Understanding the market for our technologies and capabilities and understanding the competition in that market.
    • Identifying new customers for existing or next generation technology.
    • Documenting the market, customers, and path forward for our products in plans and roadmaps.

     Ensuring Business Unit Growth:

    • Developing technical solutions and cost estimates for new business opportunities that will expand the product line.
    • Managing or supporting proposal efforts.
    • Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
    • Managing subcontract activities; including source selection decisions, defining scope of work, identifying schedule dependencies, and managing technical performance and risk.

     Leading and Implementing Change:

    • Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership.
    • Exploring opportunities to implement or improve processes.
    • Building a strong, well-motivated team.

    As a senior member of the GPP management team you will be responsible for supporting the Director in the development of department budgets, staffing plans and other strategic planning activities. You will support the Director in preparation and presentation of financial and technical status on the projects under execution. As the business unit grows, your responsibilities may grow to include managing a team of more junior program or project managers.


    In this position, you will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complex tasks. Creativity and latitude are encouraged!



    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Aerospace, Computer, Electrical or Systems). An advanced degree is an asset.
    • At least fifteen years of professional experience within program and/or engineering management. Experience with design and development of complex aerospace systems is an asset.
    • At least 10 years of experience in business development pertaining to Electro-optic and/or Synthetic Aperture Array space and/or ground segments. Demonstrated success in pursuing and capturing US Government contracts is a must.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Current TS security clearance is required with the ability to cross-over to TS/SCI
