  • Responsibilities

    Radiant Solutions is looking for Junior Geospatial Analysts to work on-site in support of a variety of customers for our Virginia and DC locations. Duties include: producing geospatial intelligence products, exploiting a variety of data sources, providing predictive analysis, conducting imagery analysis, and participating in the development process of cutting edge machine learning processes.

    • Demonstrated experience conducting open source data collection, evaluation and dissemination; 
    • Demonstrated experience using geospatial technologies (ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, etc.); 
    • Demonstrated experience using DoD/IC databases and tools;
    • GEOINT database knowledge (commercial databases);
    • Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining inter-organizational mission partnerships or relationships across the Intelligence Community and/or DOD;
    • Experience with using a variety of geospatial analysis software suites to accomplish the mission at an intermediate- to expert-level of mastery;
    • Demonstrated relevant experience with statistical/mathematical analysis applied to GEOINT;
    • Experience with software development in Python or R;
    • Experience extracting Geospatial features from imagery;
    • Experience with machine learning and computer vision;
    • Master’s degree in GIS related field;
    • Experience working on-site supporting a government client


    • Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community Missions; 
    • Demonstrated experience creating intelligence products supporting mission requirements; 
    • Demonstrated experience effectively working and communicating with teammates, mission partners, or senior leadership, through demonstration of GEOINT techniques, methodologies, concepts, or processes; 
    •  Extensive experience working with ESRI suite of products;
    • 5+ years of GIS experience or bachelor’s degree in Geography,  GIS or related field and 1+ years of GIS experience
    • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills;
    • Works well in a team environment;
    • Actively collaborates with colleagues to solve mission problems faster, eliminate hurdles, and create better products;
    • Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph;
    • Ability to travel to Radiant Solutions facilities and other client site locations within the Washington D.C. region to support team and customer meetings;
