    We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP). This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the business. This position will work in a timely and cost-effective manner to successfully identify candidates of a caliber to meet business needs and make substantial contributions to the growth and profitability of the company. The TABP maintains an organized talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all relevant functional areas. Will perform full life cycle talent acquisition with facilitation of the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams. Maintains detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements.


    This TAPB will have a special focus on a number of initiatives to include:

    • Recruiting programs: Veterans/Military, Interns/College, Diversity, and other events
    • Functional team recruiting to include Finance, HR, Contracts, Marketing, etc.
    • Reporting of recruiting metrics for business stakeholders
    • Working with Recruiting Coordinators


    • BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
    • 5 years of experience with recruiting in an OFCCP compliant environment
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience using an Applicant Tracking System to source, track, and measure results.
    • Experience managing recruiting initiatives to include one or more of the following: resource management, Veterans recruiting, college intern program, alumni program
    • Highly collaborative with experience working in a multi-disciplinary team to develop sourcing and candidate capture strategies
    • Results driven; ability to build a network of cleared individuals for rapid placement
    • Strong candidate sourcing skills using a wide array of techniques
    • Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
    • Demonstrated ability to influence decision making and negotiate with high level candidates and customers
    • Ability to multi-task and stay on top of many projects
    • Strong skills using applicant tracking systems
    • Experience using Excel to generate reports
    • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance


    Desired Skills: 

    • Experience using WorkDay as an ATS
    • Active Top Secret clearance
