  • Responsibilities

    Radiant Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI cleared analytic methodologist that can serve as an integral member of a multi-discipline team that develops analytic studies concerning SMG. The analytic methodologist is expected to possess the necessary level of expertise to impart significant influence on the teams approach and work flow to each intelligence requirement levied by the CENTCOM customer. The analytic methodologist’s principal responsibility is to identify capabilities, tools, and processes that will enable the development of an analytic product that addresses the informational needs of the customer. On each product requirement the analytic methodologist will be expected to identify data resources to be integrated into the analysis, determine which analytical tools or models would be most applicable to the problem, and finally, provide guidance on how the results would be best conveyed in the deliverable. As a member of the SMG Analysis Support Team, the methodologist is expected to be exceptionally knowledgeable of each intelligence discipline and capable of objectively advising the team throughout data collection, organization, and analytical processes. Additionally, the methodologist should be familiar with community practices on the collection and integration into the analytic process of Publically Available Information (PAI), which will be the preeminent source of the information for each analytical effort.

     

    Core Responsibilities include:

    • Provide impartial guidance to a multi-disciplined team on the most effective and value-added approach to satisfying a customer analytical requirement.
    • Be able to formulate quantitative and qualitative processes that are most effective and applicable to each requirement. Devise
    • Effective and constant communication with the team to ensure analytical processes are being executed correctly or to address issues that necessitate adjustments. Persistent collaboration will also be necessary to ensure each member of the team shares the vision and have a clear understanding as to what the product end state will be.
    • Constant evaluation of the teams tools, capabilities, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement or adjustments that reflect the customers analytic needs or address data nuances.

    Qualifications

    • TC/SCI Cleared with Polygraph
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the Intelligence Community, with 3-4 years in a senior analyst position that consisted of provided guidance to team members on analytic approaches and product development.
    • A bachelors degree in a field in which studied concepts are relatable to duties required by the position; masters degree desired in the fields of statistics, applied math, programming or modeling, or intelligence.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • A strong desire to identify and find solutions for data or analytical problems.
